Preschool Daily Schedule

RISE is closed on the following holidays:

  • Orthodox Christmas – January 7th
  • Memorial Day – last day of May
  • Independence Day – July 4th
  • Labor Day – first Monday of September
  • Thanksgiving Day – last Thursday of November
  • Day after Thanksgiving (instead of Veteran’s Day)
  • Christmas Day – December 25th
  • New Year’s Day – January 1
  • Close at 3 pm on the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial, and Labor Day.

RISE is open on the following holidays –School for the children will be held (staff may attend onsite training):

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Patriot’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran’s Day

The center is closed for cleaning and maintenance.

  •  Summer Break during the 4th of July week.
  • Winter Break week Christmas through New Year’s Day

Generally, academic activities are planned for the first part of the day, while the second part includes engaging developmental lessons, such as dance, music, and modeling.

Children learn sounds and syllables and much more.

This video shows your child learning in group, listening and following directions, identification of letters, demonstration of sound that belongs to that letter and speaking in front of a group, 

When children graduate from RISE, children are prepared for kindergarten and they will master their reading, writing, listening and following direction skills.
