What is RISE’s policy for check in of my child?

Daily Check-In Policy for Parents

At RISE Early Education Academy, we prioritize your child’s well-being from the moment they arrive. Our daily check-in process helps us gather important information to ensure your child has a positive and productive day. As part of this process, we ask parents or guardians to:

  1. Share Information About the Child’s Night or Morning:
    1. Please let us know how your child’s night or morning went, including any significant events or changes in routine.
  2. Update Us on Your Child’s Well-Being:
    1. Inform us of how your child has been feeling, particularly if there are any signs of illness, discomfort, or emotional changes.
  3. Provide Specific Details:
    1. If there are any special instructions or needs for the day (e.g., dietary restrictions, specific concerns), please communicate them during check-in.
  4. Trust Our Observations:
    1. Our staff will conduct a quick visual observation of your child to ensure they are ready for the day. If we notice anything concerning, we will address it immediately with you.
  5. Parent sign in and out
    1. Parents must sign their child in and out each day. The sign in/ out binder is located on the front desk. Teachers will then take attendance and log your child’s arrival and departure time.

This daily communication helps us ensure a smooth start to your child’s day and allows us to provide the best care possible.

Thank you. We appreciate your trust in us to teach and care for your child.
